National Budo Games 2006

On 25th of February 2006, under organization of Serbian Budo Council, the first National Budo Games took place in the Millennium Hall, in town of Vrsac. After opening speech of Milan Vujasin, president of Serbian Budo Council, a minute of science was given in honor of tragic lost of sensei Slobodan Saric. There were 14 clubs from Belgrade, Petrovac, Kraljevo, Perlez, Pozarevac, Sabac, Smederevo, Vrsac, with guests from Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Total of 150 competitors. Budo Games consist of competitions in Jujutsu kumite and Jujutsu kata, organized by Sport Jujutsu Association of Serbia, and Sport Kenjutsu competition, organized by Sport Chanbara Association of Serbia. Whole event, thanks to the host and referees, went in a pleasant atmosphere, and what's most important of all, there were no injuries of competitors
